Director of Talent Management, Microsoft Canada
As the Director of Talent Management/Segment HR for Canada, Carolyn oversees Microsoft’s Talent Agenda and Segment People Strategies focused on Culture, Leadership & Organizational Capability. Carolyn has been with Microsoft since June 2016.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Carolyn spent over 17 years working at IBM holding various roles across several HR disciplines (Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management and Line HR) both within and outside of Canada. Carolyn holds a Master Degree in Human Resource Management from Rutgers.
Outside of work, Carolyn and her fiancée Chris spend their time devoted to their 3 children. She enjoys reading, watching sports and entertaining friends and family at her cottage.
